Homefinder Services Homefinder is a private client service that helps me provide you with immediate details about all new listings that fit your specifications (price, area, etc) as they come onto the market - before they're even in the MLS catalogue! Since many prime listings sell very quickly, this service will give you a real edge and the opportunity to be more involved in the process of locating that right property. All information you provide will be used for the sole purpose of assisting you with your real estate purchase. Information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared or sold. Once I input your email address and search criteria, you'll be automatically notified by email that your private account has been set up and ready to go - it's that easy! You'll be given your own webpage with all the current listings that match your preferences and will receive an email notification whenever new listings have been added to your account. When you find one or more properties that interest you, just give me a call or send me an email at info@vada.ca and I'll arrange an appointment to view (or to preview for you if you live off-Island) and/or to gather more data for you.
